Mark Carmack

At the age of seven, Mark was saved at Vacation Bible School and was called into full-time vocational ministry at the age of twenty.  Mark has been singing bass since the age of thirteen and has sung with many back-up vocal groups as well as singing with the group Forgiven, from Collierville First Baptist Church.  Mark was also a member of that church for sixteen years.
Mark received a vocal performance degree from the University of Memphis and is currently working on a Masters and Ph.D. from Mid-Americal Baptist Theological Seminary.  His ties to music have led him to join groups like Forgiven and now Servants Heart.  Mark's heart is to serve the Lord wherever He may lead.  His future call is to someday teach on the seminary level.
Mark suffers partial paraplegia from complications of an open heart surgery in 1998, but with God's grace, may yet walk.  He and his wife Jennifer went to China on June 17, 2006, where a doctor  successfully performed a procedure on Mark that has an 80 to 85% success rate in restoring his ability to walk.  Mark covets your prayers and support as he and his wife go through this procedure in the near future.  We will pray that this biography can be updated in a few weeks stating that Mark has regained his ability to walk - all because of God's grace.

Jeff Hollaway

Jeff started singing at an early age in a church choir led by his Mother Judy Hollaway. His father
Bro. Mike Hollaway, currently pastor for Mt. Gilead Baptist church, and mother both had a hand in making Jeff into who he is today. Jeff expressed a liking to music at a very early age, and his parents helped nurture that desire in him by supporting him in all of his decisions. He was a member of the Oakland High School Band and the OHS Chamber Choir in Murfreesboro,TN.
At the age of eight, Jeff turned his life over to the Lord at a revival that was being lead by Bro. Benny Jackson in Bethel Springs,TN. This is when he first felt the Lord pulling him toward a ministry in the music field. In June of 2001, he also fulfilled another dream -  Jeff married his loving and supportive wife Schvonne.
In August of 2001, Jeff became a member of "Heavenview Quartet" as the lead singer and fulfilled a lifelong dream . In July of 2004, Jeff helped form a new and exciting group:  "Servants Heart Quartet." Along with the guidance of the Lord, he hopes that their ministry will be blessed by the One true Servant, Jesus Christ.

Tennessee as Minister of Music. He believes God wanted him to minister with his voice. It is with great pleasure that Jimmy announces his joining Servants Heart Quartet effective immediately.
